Ludicycle connects you with local toy stores that have unsold inventory available at discounted prices. Browse deals near you, purchase through the app, and pick up your toys in-store using a 6-digit code. It's a win-win: you save money on quality toys while helping reduce waste!
Open the Ludicycle app and allow location access. You'll see a map and list of stores near you with available deals. You can also search by store name or browse by category to find specific toys.
All payments are processed securely through the app using Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
After purchasing, you'll receive a unique 6-digit pickup code. Visit the store during the pickup window shown in your order, show your code to the staff, and collect your toys. The whole process takes just a minute!
If you can't make it, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellations are at the store's discretion. We recommend only ordering when you're sure you can pick up during the specified window.
All toys on Ludicycle are brand new, unused items from store inventory. These are products that haven't sold at full price - they're not damaged, returned, or pre-owned. You get the same quality at a fraction of the price!
Savings vary by store and product, but you can typically find deals with discounts of up to 70% off the original price. Check the app regularly as new deals are added daily!
You can cancel and get a full refund within 2 hours of purchase. After pickup, refunds follow the store's standard return policy. If a store can't fulfill your order, you'll automatically receive a full refund.
Download the Ludicycle app or visit our website and select 'List Your Store'. You'll need to provide your business information, upload verification documents (business registration, ID), and set up your Stripe account for payments. Our team will review and approve your store within 1-3 business days.
Ludicycle charges a 15% commission on completed sales only. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or listing fees. You only pay when you make a sale. Stripe processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30) are included in our commission.
Access your store dashboard to add products. For each item, enter the product name, original price, discount percentage, quantity available, and upload photos. You can also set pickup windows and product expiry dates.
Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. You can track all sales and payouts in your store dashboard. Funds are typically available within 2-3 business days after the weekly payout is initiated.
To ensure quality and trust, we verify all stores before approval. You'll need to provide: valid business registration, government-issued ID of the owner, proof of business address, and photos of your store. Verification typically takes 1-3 business days.
Yes, you can cancel orders through your dashboard if the product becomes unavailable. The customer will receive a full refund automatically. However, frequent cancellations may affect your store's rating and visibility on the platform.

You can delete your account from the Profile section in the app or by emailing privacy@ludicycle.com. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data within 30 days. Note that some information may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records).
